“13.5% alcohol. Mourvèdre is added for body and spice, and Viognier for freshness and to enhance the aromatic profile with its subtle floral and dried apricot aromas. The farm co-ferment the three varieties to make a seamless wine and always use second or third fill bigger French oak barrels so that there is very little oak influence on the resulting wine. Full bodied with herbaceous 'veld', spice, pepper, bright red summer fruit and plum flavours. Made to be enjoyed at release, but should only improve with age for up to 8 years. Ideal to be enjoyed on its own in winter or slightly chilled on summer evenings”
